The Parry House, Singapore

The Parry house is a 3-storey Terrace house with an attic designed for the multi-generational family.

The modern facade is depicted using soothing grey-white tones that naturally complement the elegant slim mono-pitched roof.

5 en suite bedrooms on the upper storeys are positioned to take full advantage of the natural sunlight that permeates through the core of the house through the attic roof skylight. This abundance of light culminates at the first storey, promising a bright and lively open-concept Living, Dining and Entry space.

Stepped terraces at each storey also ensure that all bedrooms are accessible to private outdoor spaces and expansive views of the surrounding neighborhood, an experience that is symbiotic with the tropical climate and lush greenery that Singapore represents.

The Screen House, Singapore

The Screen house was designed for a close knitted large family who values their privacy as much as they enjoy their garden landscapes. This 2-storey semi-detached house that resides in a private residential street fronting a park, enjoys the best of both worlds.

During the day, floor to ceiling height timber louvres open up the expansive family living spaces to the lush gardens beyond. By nightfall, the closing of the louvres

allow slits of interior light to penetrate through, leaving the house with an illuminated lantern effect, all while protecting internal views from the public.

The main mono-pitched roof opens up to the North, allowing more natural light to infiltrate the main spaces, fully taking advantage of the open-plan that allows interchangeability of uses between Living, Dining and Open kitchen areas.

The 2nd floor houses 4 large ensuite bedrooms, leaving ample space for the growing family of the next generation.
