Ar. Brian Lee
Ar. Brian Lee is a registered Qualified Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore since 2011 and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects.
Brian is also a registered ASEAN Architect under the ASEAN Architect Register recognised by all ASEAN Member Countries.
He started his architectural journey in 1997 with a Diploma in Architectural Technology from Singapore Polytechnic in 2000; thereafter he graduated with a Degree in Bachelor of Science [Architecture] in 2003 and a Degree in Bachelor of Architecture [Honours Class] in 2005 from The University of Newcastle, Australia.
Brian has worked for renowned awards winning architectural firm, ADDP Architects LLP for more than 15 years, prior to the founding Su + Shi Architects.
During his tenure with the firm, he was privileged to accumulate significant construction experience in design development, project management and authority agencies compliance of mainly mid to large scale landed and non-landed residential developments with the likes of The Luxurie, The Brooks Signature, The Garden Residences. He also worked on various other prominent Public Infrastructure projects including Singapore’s fourth water desalination plant, The Keppel Marina East Desalination Plant [KMEDP].
He has also acquired appreciable experience in the various awards schemes by local authority agencies like BCA’s Green Mark Award, BCA’s Universal Design Mark Award, PUB’s ABC water certification for projects.
He completed the BCA Green Mark Manager [GMM] course in 2016; and also served in the Working Committee of BCA’s Design for Manufacturing and Assembly [DFMA] Handbook, Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction [PPVC], 2nd Edition in 2020 & 2021.
Ar. Jacqueline Teo
Ar. Jacqueline Teo is a Qualified Architect registered with the Board of Architects Singapore since 2013 and a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects.
Born in Singapore, she completed her formal education in Singapore and prestigious Boarding School, Roedean in the United Kingdom before graduating with a Degree in Bachelor of Architecture from Ivy League Cornell University, Ithaca New York, United States of America in 2001.
During her decade long stint in New York City, Jacqueline joined the Broadway Office of the late AIA Gold Medalist and world renowned Architect Michael Graves; and had the priviledge of contributing to the publication of ‘Michael Graves: Buildings and Projects 1995-2003’ under Rizzoli publications.
Upon returning to Singapore, she worked at internationally renowned practices SCDA and predominantly with Bedmar & Shi for more than 10 years; the latter founded by award winning Argentinean Architect Ernesto Bedmar and Hong Kong Interior Designer Patti Shi.
In her years of professional development, she has had the opportunity of extensive experience in design development, construction documentation and project management in both commercial and residential Architecture and Interior Design.
She has worked on numerous Good Class Bungalow projects in Singapore and their international equivalents overseas and has a specialization in private residential Architecture.
